I., until 2:00 P. M., April 19, 1963, at which time they will be opened and read aloud, in public for the purchase of the following, OR EQUAL: One (1) 1963 International Dump Truck Model R-192, complete with new Gar -Wood Model GC -2 - four yard dump body, with Model A-50 - 10 ton Capacity hoist. The Vendor hereby agrees not to assign, transfer, convey or otherwise dispose of this contract, or his right, title, or interest therein, or his power to execute the same, to any other person or corporation without the previous consent, in writing, of the Town Superintendent of Highways. The Vendor hereby certifies that there are no Federal or State taxes included in the above purchase price and that he is the only intermediary between the manufacturer and the purchaser. This contract comprises the entire contract between the parties and supersedes any and all other agreements respecting the property herein described.
