Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code. The issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the site plan prepared by John J. Condon, P.E., last dated February 2, 2014, and stamped approved on January 21, 2015. Special Conditions: To establish and subsequently maintain a 5' wide non -turf buffer along the landward edge of wetlands; the installation of silt fencing; and the installation of gutters to leaders to drywells to contain roof runoff in accordance with Chapter 236 of the Town Code Inspections: Pre -Construction Silt Fence Inspection & Final Inspection.
