BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Saltaire Way distant 75.00 feet
northerly when measured along the easterly side of Saltaire Way from the
extreme northerly end of the arc of a curve connecting the easterly side of
Saltaire Way with the northerly side of` Wavecrest Lane; running thence North
