WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,to whom letters
testamentary were issued by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk (749P1995) County, New York
on April 26, 1995 and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will
and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of --------

release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land; with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being imlha at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly line of Pine Neck Road at the
I point where said southerly line is intersected by the westerly line of a proposed
highway to be known as "Bennett Lane", said point of beginning being 210.38 feet
fwesterly along said southerly line from the Northwesterly corner of land of
reitstadt, from said point of -beginning running along said westerly line of
i "Bennett Lane" South 09 degrees 40 minutes 40. seconds West a distance of 150.28
eet to land of Dzenkowski; thence along said land of Dzenkowski and along land
f Winters North 83 degrees 47 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 115.0 feet;

7 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 115.0 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein
