does hereby covenant to and with the party of the first part and The
Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc, its successors and assigns, that
the party -of the second part, her heirs and assigns will not,at any
time erect any house on said premises costing less than Three Thousand
($39000.-00-).:.Dollars,, except.:-the> ordinary outhouses and that not more
than one such house shall be Erected on said premises.
The foregoing covenants, restrictions or reservations may be altered '
or annulled at any time by agreement between the Nassau Point Club
Properties# Inc. and the owner for the time being of the premises
hereby conveyed, and such agreement shall be effectual to alter or
