Located: 7132 Indian Neck Lane, Peconic. SCTM#86-7- 8 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed actions are CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore are CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided the Board considers requiring: L The installation of a vegetated, non-turf buffer landward of the top-of-bank where feasible. It is also recommended that the Board clarify if the brick patio is to be removed. H. That the applicant shows storm water controls (e.g. location of drywells). The setbacks shown on the plan are not measured from the top-of-bluff, the regulated protective natural feature on site. The measurement should be from the top of bluff to establish the correct setbacks. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action. Therefore, in accordance with the current Tidal Wetlands Land Use Regulations (6NYCRR Part 661) no permit is required under the Tidal Wetlands Act.
