Located: 1905 Bayshore Road, Greenport. SCTM#53-4-9 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed actions are CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore are CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided the Board considers requiring: 1. The installation of a non-turf buffer landward of the retaining wall to minimize fertilizer dependent turf adjacent to the wetland. 2. That the applicant show storm water controls (gutters, leader and drywell). A drywell was required under a previously issued Wetland Permit(6041) in 2005 which'is now located under where the proposed porch is shown. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
