BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Harbor Lane distant 1726.50 feet
Southerly from intersection of the Easterly side of Harbor Lane with the
Southerly side of Main road; said .point being also where the Easterly side of
Harbor Lane is intersected by the Southerly line of land now or formerly of R.W.
Sterling Estate;
RUNNING THENCE North 73 degees 22 minutes 50 seconds East 372. 11 feet;

THENCE North 73 degrees 35 minutes 30 seconds East 60 feet, the last three cour-
