SCTM# 56-5-22 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the-LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed actions are CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore are CONSISTENT with the LWRP. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action. This will require that approximately 200 cubic ards of clean fill will need to be brought to the site to raise the grade at the sanitar ystem and around the structure. There will be no fill or grading within the 50' non disturbance buffer zone adjacent to Budds Pond. There will be a 4' wide path cleared from the edge of the buffer to Budds Pond. There have already been hay bales and silt fence installed along this buffer zone. This house will have (2) stepped retaining walls perpendicular to the house 12' to the rear. This is to contain the grading around the house. There will be a wood deck 36' long x 8'-12' wide to the rear of the house with steps to grade.
