(OWNER'S) having a business address at 304 Burr Road, Commack, NY 11725 and MICHELLE LEMARCHANT (ADJOINING OWNER) residing at 837B Main Street, Greenport, NY 11944. WHEREAS, the Owners are the owner of real property commonly known as 837 Main Street, Greenport, NY 11944, and which is also known on the Suffolk County Tax Map as 1001-002.00-01.00-019.001 and more specifically described as follows: SEE SCHEDULE "A" ANNEXED HERETO WHEREAS the Owner acquired title to the above mentioned premises by Deed recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on April 28, 2014 LIBER 12317 & PAGE 767.
