of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York shown and designated on
"Map of Edgemere Park at Laurel, Long Island, New York D.R. Young, Surveyor
dated March 1931" and filed in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on August

BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of MacDonald Crossing at the
extreme northeasterly end of a curve which said curve connects the
