Description: This proposal is for a Standard Subdivision of a 4.98 acre parcel into
two lots where Lot 1 = 3.05 acres and Lot 2 = 1.93 acres located in the
R-80 Zoning District.
Status: Conditional Sketch Approval
Action:Review Landscape Plan.

Description: This proposal is for a standard subdivision to subdivide a 13 acre parcel
into five lots where Lot 1 = 9.4 acres including a 1.4 acre building

3= 1.1 acres, Lot 4= 0.9 and Lot 5= 0.9 acres in the R-80 Zoning District.

1.47 acres, Lot 4 equals 0.92 acres, and Lot 5 equals 1.06 acres, located
in the LI Zoning District.
Status: Conditional Preliminary Approval

Location: 1040B Horton's Lane, Southold
Description: This proposed Site Plan is for a 75' high wireless telecommunications
monopole to include six (6) AT&T panel antennas and two (2) empty 10'
sections for possible future co-location (all concealed within the pole),
along with 300 sq. ft. proposed within an existing building for associated
ground equipment on 6.9 acres in the Light Industrial Zoning District.
Status:New Revised Application

Mattituck Fire District
Project Name:SCTM#: 1000-140-3-11.1
Telecommunications Facility
Location:1000 Pike Street, Mattituck
Description: This proposed Site Plan is to replace an existing ±84' communications
tower with a 120' monopole for public safety wireless communications to
include antennas for Mattituck Fire District and three (3) empty 10'
sections for possible future co-location of additional wireless carriers
along with associated equipment and a generator to be mounted on the
roof of the existing firehouse. There are ±14,370 sq. ft. of existing
buildings including the main fire house and associated accessory
structures, all on 1.38 acres in the Hamlet Business Zoning District.
Status: New Application

Project Name:SCTM#: 1000-102-1-33.3
Location: 75 Schoolhouse Road, on the n/w corner of Griffing Street and School
House Lane, approximately 1,079 feet n/o the Main Road, in Cutchogue.
Description: This proposed Residential Site Plan is for the development of 130
detached and attached dwellings classified in two types: 40 "Type A"
units (1,999 +/- sq. ft. livable area), and 90 "Type B" units (1,599 +/- sq.
ft. livable area). In addition, there are proposed the following: a 6,190 sq.
ft. community center with a ±1,125 sq. ft. outdoor swimming pool, two
tennis courts, a putting green, 296 parking spaces of which 260 are
associated with the individual dwelling units and 36 are associated with
the community center, and various other associated site improvements,
on a vacant 46.17-acre parcel in the Hamlet Density (HD) Zoning District.
