ANDREW N. BURKARD, III, as Trustee of the ANNE B. BURKARD 2014 IRREVOCABLE

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the parry of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the patty of the

175.0 feet easterly as measured along the southerly side of Uhl Lane from the easterly end of a curve, said
curve connecting the easterly side of Ryder Fann Lane with the southerly side of Uhl Lane; RUNNING
THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the southerly side of Uhl Lane North 88 degrees 26
minutes 00 seconds East 210.00 feet to the division line between lots 166 and 167; thence along said last
mentioned division line South t degree 34 minutes 00 seconds East 179.81 feet: thence South 78 degrees
