I presently reside at 2760 Ruth Road, New York. deponent is the former owner of premises presently owned by Lucius Ales and Catherine Ales (Suffolk County Tax Map District 1000, Section 105.00, Block 02.00, Lot 002.000), having sold this property to Lucius and Catherine Ales on August 10, 1978. Prior to that date I purchased this as well as surrounding property from Girard F. Oberrender by deed dated December 27,1973 Which deed was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 7561 cp. 526. Girard F. Oberrender acquired t~(~P~t~' ~h~h I~i purchased from him by deed from Harrison S~%th a~d Q!ai~a Spencer Smith dated September 11, 1930 and recorde~"in~'the ~suffolk County clerk's Office in Liber 1526 cp. 282. ~ ~ I am thoroughly familiar with the premises having lived in this neighborhood all my life. In the 1930's there was located on this property the residence of Girard F~ Oberrender and a wooden frame garage. In the 1950's the house was demolished and on this site Lucius and Catherine Ales built their present home.
