The Southold Town Board at a regular meeting held on
November 23, 1982 accepted your bid for supplying the Town
with diesel fuel for the calendar year 1983 at the lowest
rack price, Northville Industries, Setauket, within five
days of delivery, Plus 1.086 AND for supplying the Town
with heating fuel oil for the calendar year 1983 at the
lowest rack price, Gulf Oil Corp., Setauket, within five
days of delivery, plus $.071.
When submitting your vouchers for payment, please
certify the rack price within five days of delivery.

Gentlemen:
We thank you for the opportunity to bid on the diesel
requirement of Southold Town.
Our bid is to supply and deliver diesel to your various
locations within the Town of Southold on demand by you
per your invitation to bid specifications.
This will be billed at the lowest rack price, Northville
Industries Premium Diesel, Setauket, N.Y., within 5 days
of each delivery plus $.086 (Eight Cents and Six Mills)
per gallon.
As of this date our price delivered into your tanks would
be as follows:
Northville Rack $1.0625 cents per gallon plus $.086
equals $1.1485 per gallon.
