RE: Property at CR. 48 & Sound Drive, Greenport
SCTM #1000-40-2-5 & 22
Dear Dr. Bloom:
It was brought to our attention that there might have been a
possible wetlands violation on the above-referenced property.
After an inspection by the Bay Constable it was determined that
there was not a violation. However, if there will be any
activity within 75' of wetlands, a permit must be obtained from
this office prior to such activity.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact
this office.
Very truly yours,
John M. Bredemeyer, III

RE: Possible Wetland Violation
$CTM# 1000-40-2-5 & 22
The Planning Board has been informed by a neighbor of the above
mentioned property that a path has been bulldozed from C.R. 48
to Sound Drive. The property was inspected on August 7, 1990,
and the path has been bulldozed.
The Planning Board does not have a subdivision application for
this parcel. However, in 1989, the Planning Board did r.~ceive
inquires about subdividing the property from Dr. Bloom, t?~e
owner. At that time, the Planning Board questioned whetnex
wetlands were present on the site. Please refer to our
correspondence dated September 19, 1989. This information is
being sent to you so that you can determine whether a permit
would be required. It is our understanding that no bui].di~.g
permits have been issued for these properties.
The neighbor, Carole Gurley, would like to be informed ,Df any
findings. Her address is 3500 Sound Drive, Greenport. HeI phone
number is 477-1050.
