After an inspection by the Bay Constable it was determined that there was not a violation. However, if there will be any activity within 75' of wetlands, a permit must be obtained from this office prior to such activity. The property was inspected on August 7, 1990, and the path has been bulldozed. The Planning Board does not have a subdivision application for this parcel. However, in 1989, the Planning Board did r.~ceive inquires about subdividing the property from Dr. Bloom, t?~e owner. At that time, the Planning Board questioned whetnex wetlands were present on the site. Please refer to our correspondence dated September 19, 1989. This information is being sent to you so that you can determine whether a permit would be required. It is our understanding that no bui].di~.g permits have been issued for these properties.
