Directors may at any time revoke all power and authority previously given to any
attorney-in-fact.
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the signature of the President or a Vice President and the seal
of the Company may be affixed by facsimile on any power of attorney granted. The
signature of. the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary and the seal of the Company may
be affixed by facsimile to any certificate of any such power and any such power or
certificate bearing such facsimile signature and seal shall be valid and binding on
the Company. Any such power so executed and sealed and certified by certificate so
executed and sealed shall, with respect to any bond or undertaking to which it is
attached, continue to be valid and binding upon the Conpany."

directly connected double acting hydraulic cylinder
with integrally installed holding valves.
LOWER BOOM INSULATION: A round filament wound fiberglass insulator as standard,
installed in the center of the lower boom providing
8.3 inches of insulation and tested to 70 KV-AC for
5 minutes.
UPPER BOOM: 7.50 in. O.D. x .25 in. wall round filament would fiberglass
tube, containing hydraulic hoses and leveling system, and
hold down strap. Tested to 100 KV-AC for 3 minutes.
UPPER BOOM ARTICULATION: Total angular travel of 190°, allowing basket to
reach the ground. The upper boom is operated by
a single double acting hydraulic cylinder through
a four bar linkage system. The cylinder contains
integrally installed holding valves.
ROTATION: Fully continuous 360° rotation as standard; rotation is accomplished
by a hydraulic motor driving a turntable gear bearing through a self
locking worm gear reducer. Drive system capable of rotating a 300 lb.
payload at full boom extension up a 5° (9%) grade.
TURNTABLE: A steel weldment bolted to a gear bearing providing support for
the lower boom and the lower boom cylinder.
PLATFORM: Bolted-on 24" x 24" x 39" deep basket with step as standard;
hydraulic controls are mounted on the basket shaft weldment.
LEVELING SYSTEM: A mechanical parallelogram system, consisting of roller chains
and sprockets in the upper boom and full length rods on the
outside of the lower boom, with covers standard. Insulation
is provided by fiberglass rods.

SAFETY BELT ATTACHMENT: Provides anchor for attachment of standard safety belt
and lanyard.
HYDRAULIC CONTROLS: High pressure (1500 - 2000 PSI) open center control
system, operated either at the basket or at the turntable.
Lower controls will override basket controls. Controls
are spring centered, or "dead man" type.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: Vane pump 5 GPM and 2000 PSI at 1100 engine RPM.

Para 3.01 All body shell components (except floor and floor channel) are
constructed of galvanized steel for long term rust protection.
Para 3.02 All doors are double-panel, 20 Ga. steel with stiffener section
welded between inner and outer panel. A 5/16" stainless steel
hinge rod extends the full length of the door.
Para 3.03 Non-skid, tread-plate steel floor 1/8" supported by 5" high 7 Ga.
steel cross channels.
Para 3.04 Safety rolled edges on doors, shelves and parts bins to prevent
