AMENDED DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected,situate, lying and being at Cutchogue,Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as Lot 1 and part of Lot 2 on a certain map entitled "Map of
Property of Ravatone Realty Corporation"filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
December 22, 1930 as Map No. 539, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Stoutenburg Road
and the easterly side of Pequash Avenue which point of beginning is marked by a concrete
monument;
RUNNING THENCE north 57 degrees 45 minutes east along the southerly side of Stoutenburg
Road 199.50 feet to a concrete monument in the dividing line between premises hereby
conveyed as lot number 3 on "Map of Property of Ravatone Realty Corporation" filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 22, 1930 under file no. 539;
RUNNING THENCE south 32 degrees 18 minutes 00" east along side dividing line 61.85 feet to
another concrete monument;
RUNNING THENCE south 61 degrees 9 minutes west 199.90 feet to the easterly side of Pequash
Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Pequash Avenue north 32 degrees 15' eaot 50 feet
to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the party of the first parts right,title and interest, if any, to use a certain
beach at East Creek for bathing purposes, which lies easterly of a point marked by a cedar bush
growing on said beach.
