party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York,known and designated as Lot
No.29 on map entitled,"Map of Subdivision Willow Point",Arshamomaque,Town of Southold,Suffolk County,
New York,and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 16, 1966 as Map.No.4652.
TOGETHER with the right in common with others owning lots in this subdivision,to the use of a marina and beach
area as shown on said subdivision map.
TOGETHER with all rights and interest to mooring dock associated with the subject property.
SUBJECT to such regulations and annual assessments as may be prescribed by an association of property owners.
SUBJECT to Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 13,
1966 in Liber 5991,page 460.
SUBJECT to Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December
7,1967 Liber 6269,page 45.
SUBJECT to Declaration and Agreement among property owners dated August 7, 1968, recorded in the Suffolk

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by the parry of the first part by Deed dated June 28,
2013 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 17,2013 in Liber 12736,page 815.
It is the intention of the Grantor herein to relinquish the previous life estate reserved in said Deed.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and
all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the
parry of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any other purpose.
The word"parry"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
