successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

point which is 685.95 feet West of a monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation
Station "NIN"; and
RUNNING THENCE North 44 degrees 43 minutes 40 seconds East, 200.49 feet;
THENCE North 75i
degrees 14 minutes 32 seconds East, 10 1.16 feet;
THENCE South 31 degrees 59 minutes 06 seconds East,206.54 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE South 68 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds West, 221.88 feet to a monument on the said northeasterly line of the
road,said monument also being at a point of curve to the left having a radius of 434.41 feet and the direction of whose
radius at that point is South 43 degrees 24 minutes 26 seconds West;
