Please note that I was also present during the original construction for all of the above referenced Permits. It would appear from my recent visual site inspections of the completed projects as well as my own personal observations during construction related to the residence that all work has been performed in accordance with the requirements of the New York State Residential Building Code. As I said,I was present during a majority of the new construction work and I implemented site examinations for all new work at that time. I personally witnessed the installation of timber,wood framing, metal strapping& sheathing as well as the installation of required insulation throughout the entire residence. All of the above referenced work meets the minimum requirements listed in the New York State Energy Conservation Code. The Hot Tub, located in the Sun Room,requires a locking cover to meet code. Four Hard Cover locks, as supplied by the manufacturer,must be installed at each corner of the tub. The Detached, un-heated,Garage has also been constructed to meet the minimum requirements of the New York State Residential Building Code. All electrical work requires an under-writers certificate and must be certified by the Town Electrical Inspector. In addition, all plumbing work performed under these building permits will require a Plumbers Solder Certificate.
