to conform to the testamentary intent in the Last Will and Testament of Alice B.O'Connor dated 2/2/05
probated in the Suffolk County Surrogates Court under probate number 2011-4082.
A deed dated 8/1/11 recorded at Liber 12667 page 829,conveyed title to Roderic J.O'Connor and Alice B.
O'Connor as Tenants in Common.
The interest of Alice B.O'Connor as tenant in common,is hereby'conveyed by the Executor's of the Estate of
Alice B.O'Connor to the Testamentary Trust of Alice B.O'Connor reserving unto Roderic J.O'Connor a life
estate in the above described premises for and during the natural life of Roderic J.O'Connor,which life
estate shall terminate upon the death of Roderic O'Connor or upon his ceasing to reside therein,whichever
event shall first occur.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances,and also all the estate
which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises,and also the estate therein,which the party
of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of,whether individually,or by virtue of said will or otherwise;TO
HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second pan forever.
