STRIP 2-being 50 feet in width,is conveyed to be used for wharfage purposes and/or for the mooring of smaI I boats,and may be partly or wholly filled in as Kathryn T.Bird,may elect. STRIP 3-being 30 feet in width and adjacent to strip 2 above described is conveyed to be used as open water, and not otherwise by Kathryn T.Bird,her successors and assigns,except that the same ma} be used for the mooringof small boats by Kathryn T.Bird,her heirs and assigns,being given the right to dredge all or any part thereof at any time. Being and intended to be the same premises as was conveyed to the parties of the first part by Deed dated March 1,1990,recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 15,1990 in Liber 11034, page 406.
