WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten and 00/100—($10.)--Dollars,and
other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the northeasterly line of the westerly branch of Deep Hole Drive,
300.0 feet southeasterly along said northeasterly line from a proposed 50 foot highway to be
known as"Richard Street", said point of beginning being the southwesterly corner of land of
Grady,from said pint of beginning running along said land of Grady, North 59 degrees 48 minutes
40 seconds East 150.0 feet to an iron pipe on Lot 6 as shown on "Map of Deep Hole Creek
Estates"filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as map#4256; thence along said lot 6, South
30 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds East 72.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence along lot 5 as shown
on said map, South 43 degrees 12 minutes 20 seconds East 13.0 feet to a monument and land
conveyed by Zaleski to Schwicker; thence along said land of Schwicker, South 46 degrees 47
minutes 40 seconds West 156.95 feet to a concrete monument on said northeasterly line of Deep
Hole Drive; Thence along said northeasterly line, North 30 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds West
120.0 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated
April 1, 1966 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on April 5, 1966 in Liber 5935
Page 287.
SUBJECT TO covenants and restrictions as recited in Liber 5935 Page 287.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose.The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.
