Today, I made an inspection of the area at the Southold
Town Beach where the refreshment stand stood and found the
buyer of the building has complied with the agreement with the
Town to restore this site.

CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE AND
REMOVAL OF REFRESHMENT BUILDING
AND SITE RESTORATION ON THE TOWN
OF SOUTHOLD PROPERTY, AT ARSHAMOMAQUE,
TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, SUFFOLK COUNTY
NEW YORK
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into theOro day of
April 1981, between the TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF SOUTHOLD,
a municipal corporation having its principal office at Southold
Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, Suffolk County, New York, here-
inafter called the Town, part of the first part, and
RICHARD C. WILTON, residing at 'R.R. #1, Box 91A, Mattituck, New
York.
hereinafter called the Bidder, part of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the parties to these presents, each in con-
sideration of the agreement on the part of the other herein
contained, have agreed and hereby agree, the party of the first
part, for itself, its successors and assigns, and the party of
the second part, for itself, himself, his heirs, executors,
successors and assigns, as follows:
1. The.Bidder does hereby. pay to the Town the sum of
One thousand twelve dollars and no/10p$ 1, 012. 00 ) Dollars for

the purchase and r6m9val of a wood frame former refreshment
building presently owned-by the Town and located on Town property
adjacent to Long Island Sound at Arshamomaque, New York. The
Bidder does further agree to remove said building and to restore
the site upon which it is presently erected, all in accordance
with the Notice to Bidders, Proposal and Specifications therefor,
all of which are annexed hereto and made a part hereof.
2. The Town does hereby sell to the Bidder the aforesaid
refreshment building upon the condition that the Bidder remove
the same from the Town premises and restore the site upon which
• it is presently erected all in accordance with the Notice to
Bidders, Proposal of the Bidder, and Specifications forming a
part hereof.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Town has caused its corporate seal
to be affixed hereto, and these presents to be signed by the
Supervisor of the Town of Southold, and to be attested to by
the Town Clerk, both duly authorized so to do; and the Bidder
has hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first above
written.

The Southold Town Board at a regular meeting held
on April 21, 1981 accepted your bid in the amount of
$1, 012. 00 for the purchase and removal of the former
refreshment building located on the premises of the
Town of Southold and located on the north side of C. R.
48, at Arshamomaque, New York.
Before the contract can be executed, you must,
within five days from this date furnish "suitable
surety to be approved by the Town Board of the Town
of Southold on an indemnifying bond for the faithful
and prompt performance and completion of the work
specified in such contract, the amount of said bond
to be in the amount of $3, 000. 00" . "In lieu of pro-
viding such surety bond, " you may "deposit with the
Town a certified check in the amount of $3,000. 00" .
Upon presentation of indemnifying bond the
contract will be e x ecuted.

requested by the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York, for the sale and removal of the former
refreshment building located on the premises of the Town includ-

refreshment building owned by the Town of Southold and located

General Information
It is proposed by these Specifications that the Town of
Southold offer for sale the wood frame former refreshment build-
ing owned by the Town and located on Town property adjacent to
Long Island Sound at Arshamomaque, New York. In addition to
such sale, the successful purchaser will be required to remove
said building from the premises of the Town and to restore the
site upon which said building is presently located, including
the cost of disconnecting all utility facilities. It is intended
by these specifications that the price paid by the successful
bidder is to include not only the sale price of the building
but also to include the removal of said building by the
successful bidder at his own expense and the complete restor-
ation of the site likewise at the expense of the bidder.
Removal of Building
The successful bidder will be required to furnish all work
and materials required for the removal of the refreshment build-
ing from the premises of the Town. The successful bidder will b
required to remove the building from the site, or in the alter-
native, demolish said building and remove all debris from the
site.
Site Restoration
After the building is removed by the bidder, the bidder
will be required to remove all posts, piles, or other structures
upon which said building rests to a depth of not less than
twenty-four (24) inches below thepresentestablished grade.
The bidder will then'.:be requir,'o4l tl o fill the existing foundation

Tune
The bidder will be required to commence the work herewith
within five (5) days after the signing of the contract and to
complete all work required within thirty (30) days of the date
of the signing of the contract.
Insurance
The bidder will be required to provide the necessary Work-
men's Compensation and disability insurance for all workmen
engaged in the work.
The successful bidder will be required to procure and keep
in force during the. term of the contract public liability
insurance policies in the amount of not less than $500, 000
bodily injury and $50, 000 property damage insurance. Such

REMOVAL OF HOME ECONOMICS BUILDING
AND SITE RESTORATION, IN THE GREEN-
PORT SCHOOL DISTRICT, GREENPORT,
SUFFOLK COUNTY, NEW YORK.
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into the day of
August, 1974, between BOARD OF EDUCATION OF UNION FREE SCHOOL
DISTRICT NO. 10, a school district of the State of New York, having its
principal office at Front Street, Greenport, Suffolk County, New York,
hereinafter called the District, party of the first part, and
hereinafter called the Bidder, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the parties to these presents, each in consider-
ation of the agreement on the part of the other herein contained, have agreed
and hereby agree, the party of the first part, for itself, its successors and
assigns, and the party of the second part, for itself, himself, his heirs,
executors, successors and assigns, as follows:
1. The Bidder does hereby pay to the District the sum of
