Yours truly, William Jarres TO: BUILDING INSPECTOR, TOWN OF SOUTHOLD STATE OF NEW YORK, COUNTY OF SUFFOLK ss. : SUSAN MULHOLLAND, residing at 725 Island View Lane, Greenport, New York 11944, being duly sworn, deposes and says: My maiden name is Susan Horn and in 1946 my father, Frank Edwin Horn, constructed a house on property which is now known as 525 Island View Lane, Greenport, New York (SCTM #473889 57 .- 2-26) ; which is presently owned by William Jarres and Barbara Velie. In May of 1946 my family and I moved into this house and I enrolled in the fifth grade of Greenport Elementary School. The house as it stands today is in the exact location as it was when my father built it in 1946. From that date to 1949, I lived in this house until my family moved into another house which my father built four houses to the east where I lived until I graduated from high school and went to college. This affidavit is made for the purpose of William Jarres and his sister, Barbara Velie, being able to obtain a Pre-existing Certificate of Occupancy from the Southold Town Building Department for their house located at 525 Island View Lane, Greenport, New York.
