As I am exploring the feasibility of constructing a dock at this property on behalf of Mr. Hutchinson and would like to hear the Board's input on this matter, we ask that you please accept this letter and enclosed check as a request for a pre-application site meeting with the Board during your next available field inspection agenda on November 12Th. Enclosed in support of our request are photocopies of the following documents: a Board of Trustees application form signed by Mary Quinn authorizing the Trustees to enter onto the subject property; a form signed by Ms. Quinn authorizing En-Consultants to enter onto her property; and a form signed by Mr. Hutchinson authorizing me to act on his behalf. As soon as I receive it by mail and prior to November 12'h I will forward the original Trustees form signed by Ms. Quinn and a copy of the most recent property survey.
