The proposed dock location is depicted on the enclosed sketch and will be staked out for our meeting. In support of our request,please also find enclosed a copy of a recently prepared hydrographic survey; a Board of Trustees application form signed by Theodore Strauel authorizing the Trustees to enter onto the subject property; a form signed by Mr. Strauel authorizing En-Consultants to act on his behalf-, and a check for$50 payable to the Trustees.
