Re: Pre-Analication Meeting for Theodore Strauel,220 Bay Avenue, Orient, 1000-24-2-21
Dear Mr. Bredemeyer:
In anticipation of submitting Wetlands and Coastal Erosion Management Permit applications to
construct a dock on the captioned property, we would like to meet preliminarily with the Board during
your next regularly scheduled field inspections on November 12'' to review the proposed dock
configuration. The proposed dock location is depicted on the enclosed sketch and will be staked out
for our meeting.
In support of our request,please also find enclosed a copy of a recently prepared hydrographic survey;
a Board of Trustees application form signed by Theodore Strauel authorizing the Trustees to enter onto
the subject property; a form signed by Mr. Strauel authorizing En-Consultants to act on his behalf-, and
a check for$50 payable to the Trustees.
Should you require any additional information, please let me know, and I thank you for your attention
to our request.
