This proposal is for a Standard Subdivision of a 4.98 acre parcel into two lots where Lot 1 = 3.05 acres and Lot 2 = 1.93 acres located in the R-80 Zoning District. Thank you for your cooperation. Subject: Ski Subdivision, Fishers Island Hi Ali, I reviewed the Ski subdivision and am familiar with the parcel having visited it years ago. As the proposal does not appear to propose any physical alteration to wetlands and seems to affect lands greater than 100 feet to regulated tidal wetlands, the Board would not usually comment on such a proposal. It is unclear to me if there is any interest in providing communal/expanded docking facilities; if this the case the Board should be consulted ahead of time to review the feasibility of expanding docking facilities in this location.
