BETWEEN the Joint Revocable Agreement of Trust of Robert F. Hogan and Jean O. Hogan
dated March 7, 2008 (the "Trust"), Richard Hogan, residing at 353 Central Park West, 8t' Floor,
New York, NY and Nancy H. Oetinger, residing at 310 Copples Lane, Wallingford, PA 19086,
Trustees(hereinafter referred to as the"Grantor")
and
Nancy H. Oetinger, residing at 310 Copples Lane, Wallingford, PA 19086 (hereinafter referred
to as the"Grantee"), of the other part;
WHEREAS THIS TRANSFER IS A CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY WITHOUT
CONSIDERATION AND NOT IN CONNECTION WITH A SALE, INCLUDING
CONVEYANCES CONVEYING REALTY AS A BONA FIDE GIFT.
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) lawful
money paid by the Grantee, does hereby release and grant unto the Grantee and Grantee's heirs,
successors and assigns forever,
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being at East Marion, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, State of New York, which plot is known as and by the lots numbered one hundred two
(102) and one hundred three (103) as shown on a map entitled "Map of Section Two Gardiner's
Bay Estates, situate at East Marion, Long Island", which map was filed in Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on September 23, 1927, under the number 275.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the Joint Revocable Agreement of
Trust of Robert F. Hogan and Jean O. Hogan dated March 7, 2008, Robert F. Hogan and Jean O.
Hogan, Trustees, by Indenture dated March 15, 2012 and recorded July 26, 2012 at the Office of
the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber D00012700 Page 305.

WHEREAS, Jean 0. Hogan died June 3, 2012 and the Trust continued for the benefit of her
husband, Robert F. Hogan; and
WHEREAS, Robert F. Hogan died July 24, 2013 and following his death, the property
described herein is being distributed to his daughter,Nancy H. Oetinger, pursuant to the terms of
the Trust; and
WHEREAS, Richard Hogan and Nancy H. Oetinger are the current serving Trustees.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the Grantor in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the Grantor in and to said premises herein granted
unto Grantee, and Grantee's heirs or successors and assigns forever; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the Grantee and Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns
forever.
AND the Grantor covenants that the Grantor has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises has been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
