AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first pan has not done or suffered anything

AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as

erected, situate, lying and being at Orient, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the southwesterly line of King Street with the
southeasterly line of Douglass Street and running along said line of King Street, two
courses:
1. South 40 degrees 00 minutes 10 seconds East 97.91 feet; thence
2. South 25 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds East 79.82 feet;
THENCE along land conveyed by James F. Douglass to Mohr, North 40 degrees 28
