The existing sanitary system has been trouble free in operation. There are currently three bedrooms in the house, and after the proposed alteration there will be four bedrooms. The Suffolk County standards for the size of the system are the same for three and four bedrooms. I therefore conclude that the existing system will be adequate to serve the house after the alterations are completed.
