HomeMy WebLinkAboutCleaning Police Uniforms THIS AGREEMENT made this 22nd day of A .ril 1980 between the TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, a municipa,l.corporation of the State of New York having its office and principal place of business at Main Road; Southold, New York, hereinafter called the '.'Town" , and Village Dry Cleaners, a domestic corporation of the State of New York having its office and principal place of business at 206 Front Street , Greenport, New York, WITNESSETH WHEREAS, the 'Town desires tp , enter into an agreement for thee cleaning of the uniforms of the members of the Southold Town Police Department, and 1!7HEPEA8, Village Dry. Cleaners has agreed to perform such service for the Town, NOW, THEREFORE IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: l• Village Dry Cleaners does hereby agreeto perform the cleaning service required by the Town for the uniforms sof the members of . the Southold Town Police Department for the period commencing on the 1st day of May, 1980 and ending on the 30th day of April 1981. 2• Village Dry Cleaners does hereby agree to ' pick up uniforms to be cleaned at Southold Town Police Headquarter. . , Main Road, Peconic, New York on Mondays and Thursdays of each week. Delivery of cleaned uniforms to be made no later than the same day of the week following pick up. 3.
