The issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the project plan submitted by Mark Schwartz, Architect, received on September 12, 2014, and stamped approved on October 22, 2014. Special Conditions: The drainage pipe is to be cut and removed and re-routed to a drywell. Inspections: Final Inspection. If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a Wetland Permit will be required.
