WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

which said map is bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Park Avenue distant
285 .09 feet southeasterly from the extreme southwesterly point of
the arc of a curve that connects the easterly side of Park Avenue

THENCE along the division line between lot 23 and lot 22 , south 70
degrees 38 minutes 50 seconds west , 265 . 11 feet to a point on the

THENCE along the easterly side of Park Avenue, north 14 degrees 21
minutes 10 seconds west, 152 .00 feet to the point or place of

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
