ZBA Required Annual Training for 2014
The second of four hours of the ZBA's approved annual training took place at the
Regular Meeting on October 2, 2014 with a presentation on the LWRP by Principal
Planner Mark Terry.
Time I.,imits on ZBA Variances
On October 21, 2014 the Town Board voted. by Resolution to hold a public hearing
on November 18, 2014 on draft legislation to mend Chapter 280, Zoning, to include
time limits on variance relief granted by the Board of Appeals, effective January 1,
2015. The ZBA would like to thank the Town Board for moving forward with this
proposal.

ZBA 2015 Budget Proposal
The 2015 ZBA budget proposal was discussed with the Town Board and
Comptroller on October 14, 2014.
