(2) pages, dated June 24, 2014 A representative of Sherman Engineering & Consulting PC inspected the constructed works to confirm the accuracy of the above noted plans. The plans are a true and accurate reflection of the construction, believed to be completed in or around 2004. The tops of the concrete footings are visible and confirmed to be 8" diameter. Interviews with the homeowner and builder confirmed their installation to at least 3' below grade. Based on the available information and site inspection, the deck structure is constructed in accordance with applicable building code.
