ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on We westerly side of Richmond Road, distant 190.44 feet northerly from
the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Richmond Road with the
northwesterly side of (West) Mill Creek Drive, when measured along the westerly side of
Richmond Road;
RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Santacroce south 71 degrees 41 minutes 30
seconds west 254.95 feet to land now or formerly of Sawicki;
RUNNING THENCE along said land north 39 degrees 29 minutes 00 seconds west 213.80 feet to
land now or formerly of Papson;
RUNNING THENCE along said land north 71 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds east 322.25feet to
the westerly side of Richmond Road south 18 degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds east 200.00 feet to
the point or place of BEGINNING.
THE GRANTORS HEREIN BEING THE SAME PERSONS as the named grantees in a certain deed
dated 1/12/94 and recorded on 2/10/94 in Liber 11664 of conveyances at page 247.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
TAX MAP second part forever.
DESIGNATION
Dist. 10 0 0 AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
sec. 51 AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
