number 5,which lot and part of lot when taken together as one parcel are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNNING at a point on the easterly side of Shore Drive distant 127.70 feet southerly from the corner formed by the
intersection of the southeasterly side of Shore Drive and the easterly side of Shore Drive;
RUNNING THENCE South 83 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds East 125.00 feet;
THENCE South 6 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds West 75.0 feet;
1 'THENCE North 83 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds West 125.0 feet to the easterly side of Shore Drive;
THENCE North 6 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds East along the easterly side of Shore Drive 75.0 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated September 12,
1983 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on September 16,1983 in Liber 9426 at Page 220.

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the

second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

AND the party of the first part in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first part will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be
applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of
the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
