Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York,known and designated as Lot No. 99 on a certain
map entitled,"Map of Pebble Beach Farms",filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
June 11,1975 as Map No.6266,being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of The Greenway at a monument set in the division line
between lots 99 and 100 as shown on the above mentioned map;
RUNNING "THENCE South 23 degrees 22 minutes 40 seconds East along the Southerly side of The
Greenway 83.46 feet to a monument;
