land now or formerly of Fainglas;

place of beginning being an interior point intersected by the westerly boundary line of land now
or formerly of Reinhardt;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along land now or formerly of
Giuglianotti, South 64 degrees 05 minutes 40 seconds West, 143.00 feet to Marion Lake;
RUNNING THENCE along Marion Lake the following tie line course and distance:
North 25 degrees 54 minutes 02 seconds West, 57.01 feet to land now or formerly of Fainglas;
RUNNING THENCE along said land,North 64 degrees 05 minutes 40 seconds East, 142.00 feet
to land now or formerly of Giuglianotti;
THENCE along said land and land of Reinhardt, South 25 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds East,
57.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way for ingress and egress over a strip of land running from
Trumans Path to the above described premises,bounded as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Trumans Path marking the northeasterly corner of
land now or formerly of Gorga; and

feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated April 16, 1981, and recorded April 24, 1981, in the Office of the Suffolk County
Clerk in Liber 8993, Page 142.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that
the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right
to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost
of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement
before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
