SAID PREMISES KNOWN AS 5485 Main Bayview Road, Southold, Suffolk
County, New York 11971, and are described on the tax map of Suffolk
County as District 1000, Section 76, Block 3 and Lot 35.
TOGETHER with any and all Beach Rights owned by the Grantor as de-
scribed in deed dated July 8, 1949 and filed with the Office of the
Register of Suffolk County under Land Title Registration Certificate
Number 12626, Serial Number 19468 on July 11, 1949.
Grantor herein is the same person as the surviving Grantee and the
premises are the same premises as shown in above deed.
Said Frieda Ohlman, Grantor, was married to her spouse, Herman
Ohlman, at the time of his death on March 15, 1989.
SUBJECT TO a life estate hereby reserved to the Grantor. This life
estate is not assignable but may be extinguished by the Grantor at
her option. Said life tenant is entitled to all income from the
property and is liable for all taxes, expenses and maintenance for
the period of her life tenancy.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.

part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
