WffNFSSE K that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece orparcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being
more fully described as Lot #6, on a certain Map entitled, "Paradise by the Bay', and fled in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 4, 1976, as Map No. 6463, being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake set on the Easterly side of Kimberly Lane, at the division line
between'Lot 6 and Lot 5, as shown on said aforementioned Map,
RUNNING THENCE along said division line, North 84 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds East,
353.48 feet;
THENCE South 04 degrees 06 minutes .55 seconds East, 15.77 feet;
THENCE South 16 degrees 44 minutes 30 seconds East, 136.81 feet;
THENCE South 84 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds West, 345.89 feet, to a stake on the
Easterly side of Kimberly Lane;
THENCE along said road, North 18 degrees 14 minutes 10 seconds West, 153.71 feet, to
the point or place of BEGINNING.
The Grantors herein being the same persons as the named Grantees in a certain deed
dated December 15, 1987, recorded April 13, 1988, in Liber 10581 of conveyances at Pie 495.

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the'peyment of the'cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose:"'
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
