ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,situate,lying and being in the Town of Southold,County of
Suffolk and State of New York,bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of a right of way 20 feet wide distant 645.00 feet westerly as
measured along the northeriy side of said right of way from the corner formed by the intersection of the
northerly side of said right of way with the westerly side of North Road to Bayview, said point of
beginning also being where the'division line between premises herein after described and premises
formerly of F. Harold Sayre and Ray 1. Young now or formerly of Warren and other intersect the
