TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to

AND the party of the first part,covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York,being known as Lot
#5 on*Map of Reydon Court",filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
September 17, 1987,Filed as Map#8395,Abstract#10591,said premises being
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the South side of Brook Lane, a cul-de-sac,where the
division line between lot 5 and 6 on the above mentioned map intersects the
South side of Brook Lane,said point also being situate 353.62 feet southeasterly
as measured along the southwesterly side of Brook Lane from the southeasterly
