Customer may then submit bill from Taylor Air inc. to Manufacturer for reimbursement. (2)Customer agrees to allow access to all areas of building needed to properly service units. If access Is not granted Taylor Air inc. cannot be held responsible for incomplete service. (3)Customer agrees to purchase all air filters and belts from Taylor Air inc:` (4)Taylor Air inc. shall not be held responsible for any damage to equipment due to fire, act of God, Extreme weather conditions (Hurricanes, Floods, Nor Easters, ect.) (5)Taylor Air inc. shall not be held responsible for any damage to equipment due to work performed By other contractors, customer or customers employees. (6)Taylor Air inc. shall not be held responsible for any damage to equipment due to quoted repairs Not being accepted in a timely manner. (7)Taylor Air inc. shall be given at least 30 days notice upon customers cancellation of agreement and $hail be given proper access to,all areas of building to retrieve any materials and parts not yet Purchased by customer. (8)Where applicable customer must pay full amount of deposit for repairs before any parts can be Ordered or repairs started. (9)Taylor Air inc. will cover all units listed on equipment sheet attached only. (10) Customer agrees to call Taylor-Air Inc.for any and all Refrigeration servicing needs.
