The Southold Town Board at their regular meeting held on
February 4, 1986 accepted your bid in the amount of $9, 100.00
for the purchase of two (2) 1986 150 HP Mercury Outboard Motors,
with the trade-in of two (2) 1982 150 HP Mercury Outboard Motors,
all in accordance with the bid specifications.
Bay Constable Dzenkowski will be in touch with you to make
the necessary arrangements with respect to these motors.

Gentlemen:
Enclosed please find our bid for two 1986 150hp Mercury Outboards, as per
your specifications.
Please note the following conditions:
1 ) 24' Privateer with 2 - 1982 150hp Outboards is delivered to our marina
in Mattituck by land or sea by Southold Town.
2) New fuel lines will be installed from fuel filters to engines.
3) Bid includes complete removal of trade-in engines and complete instal-
lation of new engines. New electrical harnesses will be installed.
We will use existing control and cables.
4) Total Bid Price - $ 9,100.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR OUTBOARD MOTORS
Two (2) 1986 150HP outboard motors for a 20" transom.
Outboards to be equipped with Power Trim and Tilt, and
Stainless Steel Propellers. Bid shall include complete
installation with all necessary hardware on the 24' Privateer
Police Boat.
Bid shall also include installation of the following equipment
and accessories:
(1) Hook-up to existing steering system.
(2) Hook-up to existing fuel system with all new
fuel lines.
Bidder must accept two (2) 1982 150HP Mercury Outboard
Motors with Power Trim and Tilt on trade-in.
Motors can be inspected upon request by calling 765-2600
and making an appointment.
