City Town of SOUTHOLD LOCAL LAW NO. 13 BE IT ENACTED, by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows: I. Chapter 92, Section 92~30 (Vehicles & Traffic) of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby amended as follows: Stop Sign on Direction At Inter- Hamlet Of Travel section with Winthrop Drive West Tmmball Drive Fishers Island II. Severability. If an section or subsection, paragraph, clause, phrase or provision of this law shall be judge invalid or held unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, any judgment made thereby shall not affect the validity of this law as a whole or any part thereof other than the part or provision so adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional. (If additional space is needed, attach pages the same size as this sheet, and number each.) Yakaboski SUPERVISOR COCHRAN: We will go on to the next hearing, which is adding a stop sign on Winthrop Drive on Fishers Island. COUNCILMAN RICHTER: "WHEREAS there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York on the 5th day-of June, 2001, a Local Law entitled "A Local Law in Relation to Adding a Stop sign on Winthrop Drive heading in a westerly direction at the intersection of Tmmball Drive on Fishers Island", now, therefore, be it RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold will hold a public hearing on the aforesaid Local Law at the Southold Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold, New York on the 19th day of June, 2001 at 5:04 p.m., at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. This proposed "Local Law in Relation to adding a stop sign on Winthrop Drive heading in a westerly direction at the intersection of Trumball Drive on Fishers Island, New York", which reads as follows: Chapter 92, Section 92-30 (Vehicles & Traffic) of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby amended as follows: Stop Sign on Direction At Inter- Hamlet Of Travel section with Winthrop Drive West Trumball Drive Fishers Island II. I have legal notice that it was in the paper, an affidavit it was posted on the Bulletin Board, and I believe that in that letter that I just read it was to accompany all three. Am I not correct.'? JUSTICE EVANS: It was on the Greenwood one she was talking about. She referring to the Greenwood stop sign. COUNCILMAN RICHTER: There is no correspondence. SUPERVISOR COCHRAN: You have heard the reading ~of the public noticein relation to adding a stop sign on Winthrop Drive on Fishers Island, if there is no further comment, or is there any comment?
