A Local Law in Relation to One-Way Streets
BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows:
I. Chapter 92 (Vehicles and Traffic) of the Code of the Town of Southold is hereby amended to read as
follows:

Article II, Section 92-20 (One-way streets designated) is hereby amended by adding the
Name of Street Direction Location
Trumbull Drive Northerly Entire Length
Greenwood Road Southerly Entire Length
This Local Law shall take effect upon its filing with the Secretary of State.

section (36)(37) of the Municipal Home Rule Law, and having received the affirmative vote of a majority of the qualified

SUPERVISOR COCHRAN: The next hearing is a Local Law in Relation to One Way Streets.
COUNCILMAN ROMANELLI: "WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Town Board of the
Town of Sonthold, on' the 26th day of April 2001, a proposed Local Law entitled, "A Local Law fin
relation to One-Way Streets; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED that the Town Board hereby sets Tuesday, May 8th, 2001 at 7:40 p. m. at the Southold
Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold, New York, as the time and place for a public hearing on the
aforesaid Local Law which reads as follows, to wit:

correspondences here from Fishers Island Ferry District. We have an affidavit that it was posted on the
Bulletin Board and it was printed in the local paper. That's it.
