COUNCILMAN MURPHY: You have heard the reading of the proposed Local Law. Anyone like to
address the Town Board on this Local Law?
ABIGAIL WICKHAM: Hello. My name is Abigail Wickham. I am an attomey in Mattituck. I don't
have an objection to raising fees where the people using the services are now going to be beating more
of the cost, but I do think personally that the increase in the fee for the pre-CO from $100 to $300 is
excessive ifI read the proposed correctly. I think if you are doubling the fees perhaps that should go to
$200 rather than $300, because that does affect a lot of people these days. Thank you.
COUNCILMAN MURPHY: Anybody else want to address the Town Board? Anybody else on Local
Law in relation to Chapter 45, the Building Code? (No response.) I will close the hearing.
